Job Description
- Responsible for leading and managing the dealership’s vehicle sales operations to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Oversees the sales team, manages inventory strategy, ensures compliance with company policies, and drives performance through effective leadership and coaching.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) results.
- Manage vehicle inventory levels, including new and/or used vehicles.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant motor vehicle laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Proven experience in automotive sales.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, financing structures, and dealership operations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
