Job Description
- Overseeing the daily operations and management of the Parts Department’s activities and objectives at the same time promoting after- sales support for products sold.
- Responsible for inventory management and control for businesses that use or sell replacement parts, including car dealerships, construction companies and service centers.
- Work with suppliers to source necessary parts.
- Ensure that repair operations are performed in time and avoid the costs of excessive inventory.
- Work with the service manager & workshop manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal and external jobs.
- Manage all communications with VIP clients.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Management or related field.
- Minimum fiver years Automotive Parts experience within a management/supervisory role.
- Proven experience within Automotive Parts Sales.
- Understanding of their Automotive products and the parts required.
