Job Description
- Install refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and other electrical system equipment in accordance with NZ codes and regulations.
- Operate a variety of test equipment for testing or repairs.
- Study plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and or installations.
- Operate power/hand tools and other specialised equipment.
- Support the companies preferred suppliers
- Provide information to Administration Officer as required for invoicing clients
- Develop relationships working closely other technicians collaboratively.
- Lead by example within your assigned service team
- Upskilling of the apprentices through on job training
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN.
- Experience is preferred but good tradesmen skills from a complementary trade, Electrical, Plumbing/gas fitting or similar will be considered.
- Must be tidy, honest, and reliable. Good character
- Valid drivers license. Competent driver
- Good ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills.
