Job Description
- Greet and escort guests to their tables in a professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding to requests
- Handle billing, process payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before, during, and after service
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must have valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Professional qualification or training as a waiter/server
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail with precision and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented
- Physically fit with good stamina
- Well-groomed with a sophisticated and professional appearance
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
