Job Description
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
- Monitor portion control and minimize food waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
- Follow HACCP and food safety regulations at all times
- Check freshness of ingredients and ensure proper food storage
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements when necessary
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Candidate must have valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Strong decision-making ability
- Good sense of taste and food presentation
- Physically fit with good stamina
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good work attitude
