Job Description
- Skilled in preparing espresso-based beverages. Experienced in fast-paced service environments
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming environment.
- Take accurate orders and operate the POS (cash register) system efficiently. Handle cash, card, and mobile payments responsibly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times. Perform latte art (e.g., heart, Rosetta, tulip designs) to enhance beverage presentation and customer experience.
- Extract espresso shots with proper timing, temperature, and grind settings to ensure consistent flavor and quality. Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service to create a welcoming café atmosphere.
