Job Description
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Develop concept designs and 3D presentations
- Coordinate with engineers (structural, electrical, mechanical)
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction progress
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies or similar fields.
- Licensed Architect (PRC Licensed preferred)
- Experience in residential or resort projects is an advantage
Additional Information
- Knowledgeable in: AutoCAD SketchUp / 3D Rendering Revit (preferred) MS Office
