Job Description
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Digital Team, Graphics Team, and internal stakeholders.
- Received, review and assign marketing briefs, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Prioritize and traffic task according to business objectives, deadlines, and resource availability.
- Monitor daily, weekly workflow and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, flagging risks or bottlenecks, and escalation when necessary.
- Implement and maintain tools systems for project tracking.
- Standardize briefing processes and templates to improve efficiency.
- Track asset production from concept through the final delivery.
- Act as the communication hub marketing request, ensuring alignment between business units and creative teams.
- Present regular reports and insights to senior management on training impact, gaps, and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with business unit manager to tailor training solutions to operational realities.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- 5 years' experience in marketing coordination, project management, or traffic management.
- Familiarity with project management or task management tools.
- Experience working with creative/graphics and digital teams preferred.
