Job Description
- Set up and operate Heidelberg CX 102 or Komori GL 840 offset printing machines.
- Adjust and correct machine settings to meet production requirements.
- Apply dispersion and UV coatings as required by production specifications.
- Utilize Heidelberg or Komori software for machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret production schedules and job orders accurately.
- Conduct quality checks using measuring tools to ensure precision and consistency.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating offset printing machines (Heidelberg CX 102 or Komori GL 840).
- Skilled in setting up, adjusting, operating, maintaining, and monitoring offset printing machines according to production schedules.
- Experience in operating multicolor machines in B1 format.
- Knowledge of dispersion coating and UV coating processes.
- Familiarity with Heidelberg or Komori software. Basic computer skills (user-level PC operation).
