Job Description
- Supervise, train, and develop QA laboratory and production floor technicians.
- Govern the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with Coca-Cola company policies, FDA, and local regulations.
- Conduct internal audits of production lines, container rinsers, and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination.
- Approve qualitative/quantitative tests for syrup, water attributes, and packaging.
- Use data to identify trends, troubleshoot, and implement process improvements (e.g., Six Sigma, lean tools).
- Manage "hold" product inventory, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Previous experience in a food/beverage manufacturing laboratory or quality supervisory role.
- Understanding of beverage manufacturing, microbiology, sanitation, and QC testing.
