Job Description
- Mechanically troubleshoot equipment as assigned, STD LVDB & Metal Fabrication related machines like Powder coating, mechanical press, Trumpf CNC. Punching, Bending, LASER, Shearing machine, etc.
- Contribute maximum to improve MTTR and MTBF for key Equipment. Help in Tracking and analyzing root cause of major breakdowns and identify some permanent solutions for them.
- Machine details: Trumpf Punching Trumpf Laser cutting Trumpf Bending Amada laser Yawei Bending Bystronic Bending Salvagnini Bending Ideal Line Powder coating with GEMA powder management system Seyi Press machines Electroplaing Line from Lasit Italy.
- Assist in implementing Predictive maintenance in plant, Vibration analysis, Thermal audit, ultrasonic leak detection, Oil spectrum analysis.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 3 years Proven experience in maintenance Technician. Must have exp. in manufacturing industry. CNC Machine Maintenance
