Job Description
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control and supply chain coordination.
- Lead the reps, set goals, runs meetings, and coaches individuals to hit quota.
- Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales.
- Manage staff scheduling, training and performance while ensuring high-quality customer service, visual merchandizing standards and strict adherence to company policies.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping
- Supervise and motivates staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote product services
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Proven experience in retail management, sales operations or similar leadership role
- Drives store profitability and efficiency by overseeing daily operations daily operations, optimizing inventory and leading sales teams to meet target.
