Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the parts department.
- Supervise and support parts sales staff.
- Develop strategies to increase parts sales and gross profit.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and reporting.
- Monitor departmental performance and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Business or Automotive Parts Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in parts operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of automotive parts systems and ERP software
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
