Job Description
- Develops, implements, and improves daily/weekly cleaning, sanitation, and pest control programs.
- Ensures strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and ISO standards, preparing the site for internal and external audits.
- Supervises, trains, and coaches cleaning operatives and sanitation teams to meet hygiene standards and KPIs.
- Monitors microbiological compliance, water quality (chlorine tests), and air quality.
- Conducts regular, rigorous site inspections, manages hygiene records, and manages corrective actions for non-conformances.
- Works with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure hygiene standards are embedded in production.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in food safety management systems (e.g., FSSC 22000, ISO 22000).
- Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene, CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems, and sanitation chemicals.
- Leadership skills to manage, train, and guide cleaning staff
