Job Description
- Operate plastic blow moulding machines, manage mold/color changes, and set up machines to produce bottles according to production plans.
- Monitor conveyors for damaged bottles, operate bagging/debagging stations, and maintain high-speed production rates.
- Perform regular inspections for bottle defects, such as holes, imperfections, or incorrect weight.
- Perform autonomous maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines (wearing earplugs, safety glasses) and maintain a clean work environment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 2+ years of experience in blow moulding operations, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
- High school diploma, ITI, or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and production processes.
- Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks.
