Job Description
- Operate machinery, such as juicing or bottling equipment, to meet production targets.
- Perform destructive and non-destructive quality checks, including Brix, acidity, and sensory evaluations.
- Handle sugar weighing, ingredient batching, and syrup room operations.
- Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards, ensuring sanitation of equipment.
- Perform Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and routine preventative maintenance.
- Utilize SAP and other systems to track inventory, production data, and downtime.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food/beverage processing.
- Knowledge of SAP, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Ability to lift, stand for long periods, and work shifts (including weekends/holidays).
