Job Description
- Perform routine, timely, and accurate microbial analysis of ingredients, intermediate products, and finished products (e.g., yeast, mold, bacteria).
- Ensure compliance with Coca-Cola KORE, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Validate Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) effectiveness and conduct environmental monitoring (air/surface).
- Manage lab inventory, prepare nutrient media, calibrate equipment, and maintain sterile conditions.
- Record results, analyze data, and report on micro-performance trends to stakeholders.
- Participate in root cause analysis for microbial issues, implement corrective actions, and support Quality Assurance (QA)
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Generally 2–5 years of experience in food/beverage or pharmaceutical microbiology laboratories.
- Knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), aseptic techniques, and, in some cases, LIMS or SAP software.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills for reporting results.
