Job Description
- Implement, monitor, and maintain EOSH systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments (FMEA), and incident investigations to prevent serious injuries and fatalities.
- Supervise contractor activities, manage waste disposal, and oversee wastewater quality strategies.
- Deliver EHS training (onboarding, specialized, and annual reviews) and foster an engaged safety culture.
- Perform daily/weekly inspections, manage site audits, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison with local regulatory agencies and manage required certifications (fire, boiler, chemical storage).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial), Occupational Safety, or Environmental Science.
- Generally 2-5+ years in the EOSH discipline, preferably within a manufacturing or beverage production environment.
- BOSH training, Certified Pollution Control Officer, or similar certifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to manage contractor compliance
