Job Description
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform steel fabrication, modification, and structural repairs at height
- Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Carry out cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly works
- Supervise rope access teams and ensure IRATA compliance
- Develop rescue plans and oversee safe rope access operations
- Conduct inspections and ensure fabrication quality standards are met
- Maintain rope access equipment and fabrication tools
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Valid IRATA Level 3 certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Fabricator in industrial or construction environments
- Strong knowledge of structural steel, welding techniques, and metal fabrication
- Ability to supervise rope access teams and conduct rescues
- Trade qualification in fabrication or welding
- Physically fit and medically cleared for rope access work
- Strong safety awareness and leadership skills
- Experience in offshore, mining, or heavy industrial projects
- Confined Space and Working at Heights certification. First Aid certification
