Job Description
- Knowledge of basic industrial control circuits. (Motor starters…control panel wiring…etc)
- AC & DC motor maintenance & speed control (Inverters & Converters)
- Be able to select the correct spare parts, and obtain technical information from the manufacture’s parts and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of simple electronic components like Capacitor/Diode/Rectifier/Transistor/SCR/IGBT…etc
- Able to read Electrical drawings & component symbols. and Electrical works
- Carry out planned mechanical maintenance on all items of crane equipment, keeping to the high standards as laid down by the company, for both safety and reliability.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in working on equipment in heavy industries like Port, Mines, Steel and Manufacturing, Crane electrical Maintenance/Repair Workshop

- To keep the Supervisors and other technicians informed of progress & problems to ensure smooth flow of communication.
- To maintain tidiness and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment thereby creating a safe and healthy work environment.
