Job Description
- Maintain accurate records and files for inventory, sales, and suppliers.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in data entries and recording.
- Prepare reports on sales, stock levels, and other forms and reports.
- Support purchasing or procurement as well as receiving goods
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers for replenishment.
- Verifying invoices and delivery notes
- Other inventory related reports and communications.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- With a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from a previous employer.
