Job Description
- Greeting customers, guiding them to tables, providing menu recommendations, and answering questions about ingredients or allergies.
- Accurately taking food/drink orders using POS software and delivering items promptly.
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables throughout the shift.
- Handling checks, processing cash or credit card payments, and providing accurate change.
- Communicating with kitchen staff regarding special orders, allergies, or potential delays.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
