Job Description
- Perform manipulation and visual inspection of castings, stacking them on pallets per work instructions.
- Conduct maintenance of casting machines and furnaces according to established procedures.
- Operate and maneuver trolleys loaded with castings safely and efficiently.
- Handle and label defective units following quality control guidelines.
- Monitor and check machine parameter settings to ensure proper operation in a hot, heavy-duty environment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience operating metal casting equipment in metal production; foundry background preferred.
- Minimum height requirement of 170 cm.
- Strong physical build suited for heavy-duty tasks in hot industrial environments.
- Solid knowledge of casting processes, machine operation, and furnace maintenance.
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols and work instructions with precision.
