Job Description
- The Pastry & Sugar Artist is responsible for designing, producing, and presenting high-end pastry creations and artistic sugar showpieces.
- This role combines technical pastry skills with advanced sugar artistry techniques to deliver innovative desserts aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- -Pastry Production -Prepare and present high-quality pastries, plated desserts, cakes, and specialty items.
- Develop new dessert concepts in coordination with Executive Chef / R&D Chef. -Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Design and execute sugar showpieces (pulled sugar, blown sugar, cast sugar). -Create artistic centerpieces for events, weddings, and VIP functions. -Work with isomalt, and chocolate décor.
- -Maintain high artistic standards aligned with luxury and fine-dining presentation. -Hygiene & Safety -Follow HACCP and food safety standards. -Maintain cleanliness of pastry kitchen and equipment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
