Job Description
- Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance on facility electrical systems (lighting, power outlets, HVAC circuits, emergency power, etc.);
- Assist the Electrical Engineer with inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical faults;
- Perform repairs and replacements of electrical components as directed by the Electrical Engineer;
- Support the Maintenance Planner in completing all PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) activities on time;
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and electrical safety standards;
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults quickly and safely, minimizing downtime;
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, maintenance activities, and modifications;
- Ensure all electrical work complies with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards, SASO, and Saudi Civil Defense requirements;
- Follow all safety rules, permit-to-work requirements, and lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures;
- Conduct electrical safety assessments, issue risk reports, and support safe working practices aligned with EH&S and Saudi Labor Law requirements;
- Support the Electrical Engineer in implementing energy-saving initiatives and Vision 2030 sustainability programs;
- Assist with meter readings, energy data collection, and monitoring of power usage;
- Ensure efficient operation of lighting, HVAC power, and other facility systems to minimize energy waste;
- Maintain maintenance and inspection logs for all electrical systems;
- Assist in updating electrical drawings, schedules, and asset lists;
- Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Experience in High Voltage and Low Voltage
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Industrial); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Technical Diploma (Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Electrical maintenance within an industrial or large facility environment
- Valid Saudi-recognized electrical license or authorization to perform electrical work (SEC or equivalent)
- Knowledge : - Electrical Safety and compliance :Preventative maintenance; ;Facilities management of electrical systems; Low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) systems, lighting, and HVAC power control circuits.
- Familiar with ISO 14001 environmental standards and energy efficiency practices
- Understanding of Saudi safety standards, Civil Defense, and SEC requirements;
- Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage
