Job Description
- oversees a project from start to finish
- oversees a presponsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing construction projects on time and within budgetes, schedules, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- serve as the central point for all project aspects, from permits and procurement to final delivery.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have at least 3-5 years GCC experience in construction of high rise building G+15up
- Must have professional license and approval in UAE or any GCC countries
