Job Description
- Actively contributes to and supports fabrication activities for improved manufacturing outcomes.
- Works closely with the shop floor team to understand and address fabrication requirements.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes Kaizen initiatives in alignment with organizational goals
- Assesses material requirements for Fabrication projects and facilitates procurement.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainability.
- Monitors and evaluates the impact of Kaizen activities, adjusting as needed.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Good English communication skills
- Demonstrates proven experience in a manufacturing environment with focus on fabrication activities.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Exhibits knowledge of fabrication techniques and relevant tools.
- Should have a professional welding certificate or Minimum 06-month experience in welding.
- Displays excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Is detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Should be able to lift weights up to 20 kg
- Should be able to use hands and fingers to grasp, move, or assemble objects
- Should be able to work in bend/ standing position for a prolonged time
