Job Description
- Expertly operating espresso machines, grinders, and brewers to make coffee, tea, and specialty drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos) according to recipes.
- Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, managing, offering recommendations, and resolving customer complaints professionally.
- Maintaining a hygienic workstation by cleaning counters, sanitizing equipment, and tidying seating areas.
- Handling POS transactions, restocking supplies (cups, lids, beans), and ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
- Possessing deep knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods to educate customers.
- Preparing and serving light snacks, sandwiches, and pastries.

- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
