Job Description
- Conduct site visits and accurate site measurements for finishing and façade systems.
- Prepare and implement project plans. Prepare MOS, Lifting Plan, monitor manpower/hours to achieve the target based on schedule and budget
- Coordinate with engineering department to release the drawings for fabrication according to site and as per client priority.
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, and representing them in the site. Aim at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Assist sales and estimation teams during pre-contract stage.
- Ensures all established costs, quality, delivery and installations commitments are met.
- Provides effective leadership of his staff to facilitate their growth and increased knowledge of the project, including evaluating and managing their performance.
- Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and departments to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information
- Experience in curtains & blinds, smoke & fire curtains, pergolas, louvers, façades, metal works, glass & aluminum partitions, and fit-out and finishing works
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- 3–7 years of experience (finishing / fit-out / façade works preferred)
