Job Description
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized properly. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, and trash bins
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste according to hotel procedure. Restock clean dishes and supplies to appropriate kitchen and service areas. Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
