Job Description
- Assist in preparing ingredients (washing, cutting, measuring). Cook and prepare dishes under the supervision of the chef. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations. Monitor food stock and inform supervisor of shortages. Ensure proper storage of food items
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations. Help with plating and presentation of dishes. Assist during busy service periods
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- With relevant experience as Assistant Cook in a hotel
