Job Description
- Perform routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment. Repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogged drains, toilets, faucets)
- Repair doors, windows, locks, furniture, and fixtures. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
- Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns. Follow safety procedures and building regulations. Keep maintenance logs and records updated
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
