Job Description
- Perform, independently or alongside physicians, procedures such as airway management (intubation), defibrillation, intravenous (IV) therapy, and administering medication.
- Evaluate patient conditions, provide immediate, advanced life support (ALS), and stabilize patients with injuries or illnesses.
- Manage care during transport in ambulances, helicopters, or planes, ensuring patient safety from the scene to the hospital.
- Accurately document treatment, assessment, and medication, providing detailed reports to receiving hospital staff.
- Ensure, clean, and restock medical equipment, including heart monitors, ventilators, and resuscitation kits.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior ambulance crew members
- Willing to work in Ministry of Interior (Kingdom of Bahrain)
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Typically require ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
