Job Description
- Knowledge of basic industrial control circuits. (Motor starters…control panel wiring…etc)
- AC & DC motor maintenance & speed control (Inverters & Converters)
- Knowledge of simple electronic components like Capacitor/Diode/Rectifier/Transistor/SCR/IGBT…etc
- Able to read Electrical drawings & component symbols.
- Knowledge of electrical control component and Should be able to work on heights.
- Carry out planned electrical maintenance on all items of crane equipment, keeping to the high standards as laid down by the company, for both safety and reliability.
- To ensure maximum operational availability of equipment by conducting periodic diagnostic work and repairs.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in working on equipment in heavy industries like Port,Mines, Steel and Manufacturing, Crane electrical Maintenance/Repair Workshop
Additional Information
- Carry out fault diagnosis on the equipment and ascertain the cause of defects, repair methods, and spare part requirements.
