Job Description
- Create customized, themed, or intricate cakes and pastries using fondant, buttercream, airbrushing, and sugar art.
- Discuss, sketch, and finalize cake designs with clients, including pricing and timelines.
- Prepare, bake, fill, and assemble cakes to order.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation, properly store products, and adhere to health regulations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Preferably with work experience in Hotel, Cruise Ship, high-end Restaurant and Cafe
