Job Description
- In consultation with Resort Manager, have the ability of the kitchen including the planning and the preparation of the food and kitchen activities
- Monitor and control food and equipment inventory on a weekly/ monthly basis
- Ensure stock rotation procedure are followed
- Understand and follow proper food hygiene and storage protocols, manage OH&S procedure in the kitchen
- Maintain and develop courteous professional and respectful relationship with staff and customers
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Strong work ethic a customer focus and the ability to work unsupervised
- Understand and implement any special dietary needs of guests
- Mature behavior and the ability to cope with pressure
- Excellent organizational and inter- personal leadership skills
- Ability to work in remote location
- Bakery/ Pastry experience is advantage
