Job Description
- • Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals in accordance with dietary preferences and nutritional needs
- • Ensure kitchen hygiene standards are met and maintained.
- • Manage food inventory, including shopping for groceries and supplies
- • Create menus and meal schedules as requested.
- • Cater for special events or guests as needed.
- • Supervise and perform general cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and linen care.
- • Ensure all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas are consistently clean and tidy.
- • Oversee organization and cleanliness of storage areas and closets.
- • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household items.
- • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., deep cleaning, repairs, pest control).
- • Schedule, train and oversee housekeeping staff.
- • Maintain a daily/weekly task checklist and ensure timely completion.
- • Monitor budgets for groceries and supplies.
- • Communicate regularly with management about household needs and improvements
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- • Graduate of Hotel/Culinary Course; Hotel Management Course
- • 3 years Housekeeping/Culinary Experience in a remote farm/stations
