Job Description
- Oversee bread and pastry production in the bakery section
- Supervise bakery staff and assign tasks
- Create and test new recipes for bakery items
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage inventory and maintain cost control
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience
- Culinary diploma or certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of bread and pastry production
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- Understanding of food safety and HACCP compliance
