Job Description
- Design and decorate custom cakes for clie
- Prepare cake bases and manage baking processes
- Apply creative decoration techniques (fondant, buttercream, piping)
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the workstation
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Commercial experience in cake making and decoration
- Baking or pastry diploma preferred
- Skilled in piping, fondant, and buttercream techniques
- Creative design ability with attention to detail
- Strong time management and workstation hygiene
