Job Description
- Prepare and cook Asian dishes to high standards
- Manage assigned station and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise junior staff and assist in training
- Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance
- Support menu planning and recipe development
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Professional experience in Asian cuisine preparation
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP and FIFO standards
- Ability to manage a cooking station independently
- Strong teamwork and supervisory skills
