Job Description
- Supervise stewarding team and daily operations
- Manage kitchen equipment, cleanliness, and hygiene procedures
- Control inventory and monitor costs
- Prepare reports and maintain administrative records
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations
- High school diploma; hospitality degree preferred + HACCP Level 3 certification (Highfield/CIEH)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of equipment management and hygiene standards
