Job Description
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff in daily operations
- Create menus and oversee recipe development
- Manage food cost, inventory, and purchasing
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Extensive experience in culinary leadership and kitchen operations
- Advanced cooking and menu creation skills
- Strong knowledge of HACCP / ISO 22000 standards preferred
- Proven ability to manage staff and control costs
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
