Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience; Vocational Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field
- Knowledge of baby food preparation and age‑based menu planning
- Strong understanding of raw materials, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in a busy kitchen
