Job Description
- Plan, coordinate and control sales activities to achieve sales target of the company.
- Devise and propose sales strategies to boost sales output including promotional activities.
- Shall be responsible to create sellable and positive image of the company and its products and services.
- Responsible to determine competitor's product and market target to come up with a competitive sales plan and strategies over the rivals.
- Build strong relationship with the clientele and establish solid market base for sustainable growth of the company.
- Find out possible customer from sectors of the community that are not yet tapped by current market base.
- Determine particular products suitable to market to particular type of clients.
- Train and develop suitable national staff in all aspects of sales and marketing.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Ability to coordinate and liaise with the Department heads and junior staff as a team.
- With peoples' skill and ability to develop good working relationship with others and motivate others to work.
