Job Description
- Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated equipment for tasks like blending, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging.
- Load raw materials, weigh ingredients, and prepare components for the production line.
- Perform in-process checks, inspect products for defects, and ensure finished goods meet quality specifications.
- Accurately record production data, batch details, and any irregularities in reports.
- Clean and perform basic maintenance (like calibration) on production machinery and workstations to prevent contamination and ensure smooth operation.
- Coordinate with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Previous factory or assembly experience is preferred, but entry-level roles are common.
