Job Description
- Work Closely with external providers to measure and evaluate electrical connections across the camp facilities.
- Review and validate technical reports from external assessments.
- Supervise cabling, wiring, and electrical infrastructure setup.
- Ensure proper load distribution and adherence to safety codes.
- Conduct voltage testing and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid electrical hazards.
- Provide ongoing support for electrical maintenance in real estate facilities.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- experience in electrical engineering, preferably in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, cabling, and voltage testing
- Proven ability to lead small technical teams.
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting electrical faults.
- Ability to coordinate with external contractors and service providers
