Job Description
- Recruit, train, schedule, mentor, and supervise team members; conduct performance reviews and resolve conflicts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Open/close the restaurant, manage daily activities, ensure cleanliness, and maintain brand standards.
- Monitor stock, order supplies (food, utensils, equipment), negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor contracts.
- : Assist with budgeting, manage cash handling, process payroll, track sales, and control costs.
- Enforce health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Support promotional activities and provide ideas to increase revenue.
