Job Description
- Monitor and maintain water quality to ensure it meets safety and health standards
- Test and record pH, chlorine, total alkalinity, and other essential parameters
- Adjust chemical levels as needed to stay within standard safe ranges
- Clean and maintain the pool area, including skimming, brushing walls, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness of pool deck and furniture
- Inspect and report any issues with filtration systems, pumps, heaters, and chlorinators
- Assist technicians in performing basic technical maintenance or repairs on pool equipment when required
- Ensure that safety protocols and facility rules are followed by pool users
- Set up and organize poolside furniture and ensure the availability of clean towels and supplies
- Maintain proper documentation of water testing results and maintenance activities
- Report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions to management immediately
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Personal Services & Building/Ground Services; Protective Services & Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Knows how to maintain the quality of water of the swimming pool
- Knows the standard range of values of parameters for swimming pool like the pH level, total alkalinity, chlorine, etc.
- Has a good attitude, energetic, well-fit, reliable, and willing to do technical work on the swimming pool equipment if needed with the assistance of technicians
- Knowing how to drive with a valid driver's license for a 4-wheel vehicle is an advantage but not required.
