Job Description
- Perform professional massage services in accordance with client needs.
- Conduct initial consultations and assessments to understand health history, injuries, or problem areas.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the treatment room and equipment.
- Educate clients on self-care, stretches, and follow-up treatments.
- Record and maintain accurate client documentation.
- Stay updated on massage techniques and industry standards through continuing education.
- Perform professional facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliating, extraction, masking, and moisturizing.
- Analyze clients' skin conditions and recommend personalized skincare regimens.
- Administer specialized treatments
- Educate clients on skincare maintenance and product use.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and treatment rooms.
- Keep detailed records of client treatments, skin concerns, and progress.
- Stay current on skincare trends, ingredients, and technologies through ongoing education.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- The applicants must be knowledgeable with BOTH massage and facial.
- Vocational Training in Massage Therapist or Vocational Training in Cosmetology/ Facialist
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and muscular systems, physical stamina, and dexterity.
- Ability to customize massage techniques based on client needs.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare techniques and products.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Understanding of sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Ability to analyze different skin types and conditions.
