Job Description
- Operate Mimaki, DGEN, solvent, and UV printers for banner and large-format printing
- Set up print jobs, including media loading, ink preparation, and file checking
- Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning print heads, calibration, nozzle checks)
- Troubleshoot basic machine and print quality issues
- Handle various printing materials such as flex banner, vinyl, mesh, sticker, backlit, and canvas
- Ensure proper drying, curing, and finishing of printed materials
- Follow job orders, production schedules, and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area
- Coordinate with design and finishing teams to meet deadlines
- Follow safety procedures when handling inks, chemicals, and equipment
- Familiarity with RIP software (e.g., RasterLink, Caldera, Onyx) is an advantage
- Understanding of color management and media profiles
- Ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance
- Physically fit to handle large rolls of banner materials
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
